The apartments sit in a prime residential neighbourhood of Frogner and Majorstuen, within walking distance of the Bogstadveien shopping street and close to Frogner Park and the famous Vigeland Sculpture Park. An excellent selection of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and local services is close by, and the property enjoys excellent public transport connections throughout Oslo.
The apartments
The property offers three categories, and amenities vary by category. Studios are comfortable open-plan homes for one to two guests, combining the living and sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining space; selected studios add extra seating or larger layouts. One-Bedroom apartments add a separate bedroom, a living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. Two-Bedroom apartments suit smaller families or colleagues, with two separate bedrooms, a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space and a private bathroom. Beds are either a double or a single/day bed (approximately 80 to 90 cm wide, suitable for one adult); the two-bedroom layout has one double and one single/day bed. A dishwasher is available in selected One and Two Bedroom apartments, and the oven or microwave provision depends on the apartment category. Every apartment includes comfortable beds with quality linen, free high-speed Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, iron and ironing facilities, and a workspace in selected apartments. A TV is available on request. It does not include local television channels, but it can be used with internet-based streaming services, allowing guests to access their own streaming apps during their stay.
Services, registration and parking
Stays include a weekly housekeeping service with a linen and towel change, and a shared laundry room is available for guest use. Check-in and check-out are contactless, via secure key-code locks, so guests can arrive at any hour. The apartments are registration friendly: we can provide the guest with the official address and registered dwelling number (bolignummer) for the apartment. Please note that there are no individual mailboxes at the property for receiving mail, parcels or other official correspondence. In Norway, Posten offers a P.O. Box service that guests commonly use, where a personal post box can be rented and letters and mail delivered. For parcels, we also recommend choosing delivery to a Posten pickup point or a Post i Butikk (Post Office in Store) rather than home delivery, which is a very common and convenient way to receive packages in Norway. Private parking is not available, but public street parking and several parking garages are within walking distance (fees and regulations may apply, with payment typically via apps such as EasyPark); assistance locating a nearby garage is available on request.
