Featuring free toiletries, our studios include a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. In the kitchen, guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware. The studio features soundproof walls, a tea and coffee maker, a seating area, a dining area and a flat-screen TV. The unit has one bed.

SPLENDOM Prinzess’ units come with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a hair dryer, while the kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave and a toaster. A fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle.

All rooms are equipped with a fully equipped pantry/kitchenette, a bathroom with shower /WC. Free internet, bed linen, towels and hairdryer. Located in the Prinz 17 courtyards and yet directly on the scene of the Oranienstrasse. Washing machine and dryer in the building available.
